  • Netsmart Solutions - WA web design and training company and consultancy. Check them out.
  • Black Dragon's Den - Yvon Hintz did the cover art for Fly By Night and is an accomplished writer and artist in her own right.
  • Doc Rat - this GP is also a talented artist - check out his daily strip.
  • Rick Kennett's official website - Australian horror writer, Rick Kennett, has been published around the world. If you like being so scared your hair prickles, seek out his work.
  • Lucy Sussex - an award-winning Australian sf writer.
  • Melbourne Below - a guide to alternative communities in Melbourne, from SF fandom to musical theatre!
  • Maud N Lil - gorgeous children's toys made from the very softest organic cotton. I aim to get these for baby shower gifts in future, they're so lovely.
  • Monkeywench - Mary Borsellino's great site and blog. She's a fan of Fall Out Boy and LoTR, and she has a soft spot for Gary, so I think she's just great.
Stage Left
In a previous incarnation I wrote theatre reviews, interviews and feature articles for a web-based theatre review magazine, Stage Left. It was run by Tim Richards (my other half) and it ran for seven years, before we realised that the time we were spending on it was eating at the time we could spend on our own creative works.  Luckily the Pandora project archived the site, and it can still be found there.
Outland
In 2006, John Richards, a writer and film-maker (and my brother-in-law) asked me to take on a small role in a short film he was making. Outland was the result, and it is making the rounds of gay and lesbian film festivals. If you want to read more about the project, you can visit:
